We recommend a screening appointment before booking, so your assessment is carried out to the gold standard. It isn't mandatory, only recommended.

- Full clinical assessment with you
- Information gathering with your chosen informant
- Multi-disciplinary meeting(s), as recommended by NICE
- Comprehensive report with shared care plans
- Recommendations following diagnosis
Assessment time
Depending on the individual, between 4 and 7 hours.
Follow-up after diagnosis
Chargeable if needed: £170 + VAT (50 min) or £100 + VAT (30 min).
